Pretty much every team in baseball has at least one all star talent so it wouldnt really matter much.

Pretty much, and yeah that's the rule. Outside of the big time teams like the Yankees and Red Sox (and othe teams that have multiple all-stars at times), I do think doing that makes it a bit fair. The Yankees have all-star caliber players every year too, lol. They just stink it up in the playoffs.

Anyway, I do think that's more fair than say... voting like seven or eight Redskins on the Pro-Bowl team when the team is 8-7.

Exactly. Think Albert Haynesworth of this year. With Peppers being double and triple teamed at points you can say you heard of Kris Jenkins, Brentson Buckner, Mike Rucker, Kindel Moorehead etc.... They all made the pro bowl when with Carolina because of the mismatches Peppers created.

With Charles Johnson, Dameyon Lewis and Kemo hogging space it makes double teaming Peppers now harder. Not to mention now that Rucker retired Peppers can move around, he naturally left handed and is rushing from his natural position now, that Rucker isn't there. Rucker wasn't flexible enough to move around, so it kind of left Julius out on an island most of the time.

Not to mention Jack Del Rio as our DC owns the fuck out of having Mike Trgovac.
