People at fanfest were given all characters with double attack in some form or another already. People said only at level 3 aftermath did they see the double attack ratio go up really high on the glanzfaust but they thought the weapon was broken BECAUSE it did not give the mnk an attack bonus at level 3 aftermath, just a very high increase in Double attack.
This is from someone who used mnk at fanfest from the alla forums.
So it is indeed most likely the same for all the weapons.
A mnk saving 300 TP for a crappy WS, instead of doing 3 asuran fists or a super omg dragon kick is at 300 TP instead is going to hurt DoT bad. I always felt sceptical about the 96 delay on the weapon but thought it was balanced due to the fact that you get Acc AND attk AND double attack... but we were wrong.
And still the heavyweight champion of the world, Destroyers! (raises hand).
guess the dynamis weapons are truly better.
Funny cause I joked around and called excaliber stupid and tried to hype up burtgang, But it turns out the burtgang actually is not as good as i thought, BUT, this weapon is all about its stats not its aftermath, so you picked a good weapon to upgrade.
Something like mnk, which was dependant on nothing but its aftermath is a huge let-down. Guns are easier to store to 300 TP, so I maybe wanna see a ranged weapon get upgraded next, maybe the level 3 aftermath can at least work on barrage, and the actual weapon also helps its acc I believe. (crossbow).
Tizona convert stats still look good though I wanna see how that one works out. This is another weapon that the converts MP is what stands out the most, not the aftermath of it. PUP suppresses overload and has martial arts... but what does mnk get? Their weapon revolved around aftermath, I feel bad for you Alm, but continue your journey anyway and complete it, I'm sure the final cutscene will still feel good knowing that you beat a hard quest.
Dynamis weapons should still get buffed anyway just for the hell of it.. fuck this.
