Too bad the magic accuracy on Tizona isn't going to affect anything you'd be using without elemental staves anyway (aside from MP Drainkiss).


I wonder how the converts DMG to MP works. Is it WS DMG, or standard melee DMG? And is it the full DMG, or only a percent of it? If it's the full damage, Tizona might be good to get just for that alone, but it wouldn't be helpful at all in HNM fights.

Tizona was found to proc around 10% of the time on melee hits and converted around 20% damage. The guy who has it said he didn't notice any procs on anything else, but admitted he hadn't been using it that much. That was the first and last we heard on Tizona.

No. The only stats that remain in offhand for mythics and relics are DMG and Delay.

i just think there are a lot of Dafunk haters everywhere. remember when the bannings first happened and you had a few people shouting and cheering that dico was banned. Apparently though if you have a relic/mythic and log out to sleep it means you've been banned to some people lol.
