Applying for Odin World Emigration (Dec. 17)

Officlally asking, because I've gotten two different answers from people, but I can't make a mule on Odin at the moment, correct? All this new RDM gear I need is kicking my ass, and my single mule just isn't cutting it anymore...

I don't really see the issue with people making mules as far as general server congestion goes. You can't have your mules on at the same time as your main. However, I guess it could be an issue with things like Nyzul, since a person could spam it with all their different characters one after another. Maybe assault is a more realistic example.

When people say mules, I think they're speaking in terms of second characters along with the general term for mule. Some people have a second character on another machine just for transfering stuff around.

i would be ok if they picked people that has been on the server less than 6months-1year and boot those people to other servers. but then again that would almost completely wipe out the dunes and qufim for parties. This whole situation kinda sucks. ive been on odin since day one (3yrs or so) and i have a ton of friends on this server, but having 10 hnm ls's and 30 people competition on nm's is just rediculous.

Odin has been somewhat bugged since the last major update (shows up as "unknown" on friends list) so the not being able to make mules issue may be unintentional. I wouldn't get all FFFFFFFFFF about it until SE make an official announcement one way or the other.

As others have said, they should have shut odin down from transfers/new character creations a year ago when they first announced this problem. Instead of being proactive, or even reactive when the problem first arose they chose to basically ignore it until it has grown into an issue much more difficult to deal with. There's no reason long time Odin members should have to move servers, it's SE's fault Odin is in this condition, not mine for simply playing the game.

Also, to anyone who says to remove recent server transfers: fuck you, I payed $25 to move here, if SE forces me out they better refund my damn money.

If they try to force anyone out, it better be the JP, because removing NA isn't gonna do shit, but we know SE would never do that to their fellow Japanese people.

Even though it's somewhat underpopulated (1.8k people prime time as of the last I played, 6PM-10PM, unless I'm playing on weird days), it's horrible, since they are -all- at camps(NM / EXP/Merit, you name it!). Yay server neutrality!

It's likely because you don't want to be the one that gets shunted back to where ever you came from and would instead prefer that people that have been on Odin since before server transfers were even considered pay the price of your stupidity for swapping to a server even after SE said not to?

Nicely sad there, all the server transfer people are bitching about this saying it's unfair but hey you're the one that picked to go to Odin after SE said "Please stop" but you chose to ignore this and still move....I just hope they don't force move a lot people like this to my server. People like Ringthree in SE's eyes I'm sure have every right under the sun to stay on the server they're on when they first started this time stink of a game. SE might be looking at the server transfers to move cause 1. if they force move players like Ringthree and others like him they face a high chance of a lot of those players quitting and closing down 2nd accounts if they have them. That's to big of profit lost their for them. As for the server transfers. yes it's sad you lost $25 for moving....but hey you have no one to blame but yourself for moving to a server like Odin that's already over filled as it is.

what's so hard about entire hnmls (and their friends) going to another server?

didnt some other hnmls on another server do that? I know of 1 that recently came to siren from another server. I'm pretty sure any other server is better than odin right now as far as crowding at hnm camps.

I meant bad cause not everyone would agree on which server to move to and I know a lot of different people have different LS's for things. I have dynamis and I used to have a different one for sky and social LS as well. Idk how it is on Odin but I know there's not a lot end all be all LS's meaning they do everything one shell, if there is it's different then it is on Pandy lol
I think there's maybe 3 at max that do everything but can't really play much now a days.
