Yeah, it's because of the poor character creation design is my guess. [b]Since you can create a character on any server there is no way to determine if your "main" character is on Odin or not(/b]. Thus if they didn't disallow all character creation, then anyone could just make another character on Odin no matter where their "main" character is located.

But that's how it used to work before server transfers were introduced, it would check where your "main" was and only allow you to create characters there without world passes. I don't see why they couldn't reactivate that on Odin.

will see that on the weekend if there are congestions loogging into whitegate, because the area is too full.

Yeah, this was the particular area of time that was most troublesome for a few months. Usually between 9PM-1AM JP time. I don't know if the congested areas like Nyzul have been helped out any, but the past few weeks (assuming they upped server limits temporarily) have been not been troublesome at all for me when logging in or zoning into whitegate.

well cant login atm, whitegate seems again full :/ (I shouldnt brag at all, since I am one of the servertransfers)

Currently only 667 people in whitegate which is a vast improvement over the 780 or so we'd see about this time esp on weekends. 5200 people online total. This is still far better than having 6000 people for hours and whitegate being clogged up for hours on end almost everyday for a period.

Not "main" character, FIRST character. Not everyone usues their first character as their main anymore...

I think as long as you had a character on a server, you could make a mule there without a pass, regardless of the character's placement in your list.
