Megumi Hayashibara is inferior for this role.
Mika Kanai who plays Satoko Hojo in Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is superior and even has the exact laugh youd expect with the hand motion to go with it.

Upon closer examination Shantotto is actually doing a real skillchain from FFXI with her EX-Burst:

Full Swing > Howling Fist = Fusion

I'm actually surprised they kept the detail on that.

So now she's a BLM/RDM/SAM/MNK? Lol~

Well, her basic staff combo is taru staff moves too, made me laugh when she does the "my staff is too heavy" shot. At least she attacks faster, so it's a bit less silly (but just a little bit less~).
Pretty cool tho, seems a bitch with her bind.

You can find FFX International (English with JP option) but there is an Undub that replaces the English with JP voices and English text.

In fact, I found a nice Valkyrie Profile 2 undub as well. Undubs for various games exist, not in any great number, but they do.

Thanks for the info, I knew about international, but I think that wasn't released in the states? I wish I could hack my PS2 to play the undub ver. ; ; I don't really know anything about hacking PS2 XD

I've also noticed that when she blocks/guards/whatever, her staff changes color, to a earth/terra's staff. I was pretty impressed
