Moving ffxi from C to D drive

Do i have to uninstall from C drive first before installing on D drive or can I install on D drive, copy over the folders (so I don't have to install all the updates) and then delete off the C drive? When I got my new HDD, I partitioned it to have ffxi and windows on the C drive and everything else on the D drive, but that was before WoTG came out and with that + all the updates since then my C drive is pretty low and i'm always getting the low disk space message, so I'm going to add ffxi to the D drive.

Any tips or ect that I show know to make the transfer as quick as possible?

You can move your folders to the other drive. You'll need to patch the registry and make sure the .dlls are registered (you can do the .dlls with a batch file). If you need the registry values/batch file PM me and I'll be happy to send them to you. You'd just need to open it and change all instances of C:\ to D:\ and then run it.
