Some Corsair questions...

It's a shame there aren't more CORs out there, the synth is about a 70-80k profit now on Cerberus... if more people wanted the Gun, more people would make it and there'd probably be more HQs floating around.

There are definitely plenty of CORs around that want the gun (whether it's for QD or for being cheap and not having any of the decent guns, I don't know), as I was able to sell about 10 of them extremely quickly when I put them up on AH (2 or 3 at a time). I think it's moreso that most crafters don't understand the utility of corsair's gun(+1), so they think that there isn't any demand for the gun.

Yeah, still haven't sold a one. I'm starting to wonder if I might be better off just desynthing them.

I tried one when I made them, got HQ animation and 6 Darksteel Nuggets. Even though wiki has no desynth info on them.

might be the best thread to post this in, as my search for "quick draw & macc" didn't lead to much.
bgwiki had "Quick Draw accuracy is modified by Magic Accuracy bonuses, though no definitive data exists to support this assumption" when I searched for the info.

anyways, to the point. I'm a lv66 cor in beseige, doing 28 dmg quick draws heavy resisted qd
equipment: shark gun, steel bullets, moldy earring: normal dmg is 228

Using an assassin's drink, I was able to get 4 unresisted quickdraws in a row.
While my data is very small, more then likely negligible, seems that macc can have a direct impact on quickdraw (mind you, my searches lead to no or very little info on the subject)

I'm not likely to merit Marks (too few combat merits available). How much RACC over str/agi will I need to pack on to keep Deto pretty consistent?

AF+1, without a question. If you're thinking in terms of optimal builds, relic(+1) hat either should only be visible for rolling or in town, and Zha'Go's Barbut is better than relic+1 for ranged attacks/WS, anyways. HQing relic hat is basically for whitebox.

I guess the Af+1 head doubles up for Quickdraw, too, though.

Feet without question. Unless you have Feet, then it's Head, then Body (if at all).

Only reason to not upgrade body would be that you have Skadi body. It's the same stats as far as ranged stats go, except only 5 AGI instead of 8.

Yeah, pretty much agree with you... but I've got both Pahluwan Khazagand and Denali Jacket, which while neither offer the combined benefit of the Corsair's Frac +1, will both serve just fine as transition pieces until I can get Skadi's Cuirie.

That said, if I come across a 3rd pair of COR AF+1 materials in Limbus that no one wants, I'll probably upgrade the Body anyway. I've got my Feet & Hat upgrades already, so I'm not gonna go for any other materials until the other CORs in the LS have their upgrades done as well.

So far I'm 0/46 with 100 + 3 Bonecraft and a 56 Smithing +3 Advanced Support on Corsair's Gun +1. If I was Tier 1 with Advanced Support I should have HQ'd one by now unless I'm really getting unlucky.

Since Tier 1 is 11 levels above the cap I'm going to assume that the Smithing sub for Corsair's Gun synth is somewhere OVER 48 Smithing, gonna stop here and spam Haidates until 60 and try again with Advanced Support. And slowly sell my 40 Corsair's Guns. <_<;
