Simurgh (and other HNMs) timers borked?

Today for the second time in a row Simurgh popped outside of his normal pattern (yesterday was some 10 minutes before his actual bi-hourly "window", today it was 12 minutes before the actual window when he popped. Someone mentioned the same had been happening to KV and nidhogg and even mysticmaker profiblix. Anyone else having similar weirdnesses in NM's pop behavior as of late? And if this has been said somewhere else and I totally missed it, point me at the thread lol.

Friend of mine was trying to get himself a Resentment Cape, and it popped about 26.5 hours from last kill today. (I don't know the exact minute)

I was under the understanding Sim didn't have windows like that, KV doesn't really have windows like that either it's all based on weather and wether double earth pops or he decides to pop during single earth. Nid that's odd though, the only one we've been having problems with is Sandworm popping later then should be.

Iirc simmy is 21hours+12mins - 24hours+12 mins, KA (did your friend get this confused with KV?) is 21hours+5mins - 24hours+5mins, both on 30 minute windows

KV pops when weather first starts, unless his window opens when a weather is already active. if that's the case, there is a chance he will pop right when his window opens, which is mid-weather. he can also pop during as switch from single earth to double, or double to single. there are no windows for him, it's just 21 hours+
