To catch a botter...

In short, there's a tele-botter in Whitegate on the Fairy server named Samisa. Whom, for about 6 weeks has been doing her work. I've already reported her via the STF and ingame methods.

I'm wondering if there's a way to speed up this process? I'd like to tele-whore again.

When they're gone I'm going to be happier than hell. Since, right now my methods of making money have been reduced to ENMs and ISNMs. Since everyone else seems to farm all the half decent spots.

My only prob with samisa is that she tele'd me to the wrong place once and didn't come back for me, but after a bit i was like oh well. 1k teles and invite comes as soon as i press the enter key on my shout so i just go with the flow

You know, there's a website. I forgot what its call, but it starts with ffxi and ends with app.

You pay a certain amount of money. And you get a nifty tool that does all sorts of fun stuff!

I thought about how difficult it would be to make a bot like this a few months ago, and because I don't do stuff like that, I didn't actually write it. The only thing I don't understand is how it knows when to tele...I guess when person is x yalms away?

Wait for trade with X gil

X being equal to or greater than desired amount.

Finish trade, and teleport.

Sane player shouldn't send an invite without at least sending a tell; if not, think of it as natural selection.

If the transaction proceeds as you described, can safely assume that it's a botting account not responding to the GM like a human would. Ban away.

Just to clarify, it's FFXI-App that does the tele-botting, not FFAssist.
