And yes, kangaroo's aren't much to talk about... let em romp around all cute like cause they don't have enuff flavor to make you crave more. Kinda bland if you don't cook it up special

You should really try snake and frog leggs, which are so amazingly tasteful that I drool just thinking about them. I haven't had either for years since moving out from parents' place.

I am one of those people that will eat anything, I have always been this way. I guess living off Hog maws, Chitlins and eating pork brains with my cheese grits have jaded me to tastes. Id love to try Kangaroo meat.

I've had a pretty good variety of foods myself, especially because I was part of many dinners with my Haitian and Cuban friends. On top of that, my step-mother is Puerto Rican. Hell yeah, variety. At home, we usually made Italian and German food (even though I'm much more German than Italian). People don't know how the hell I can drink Malta, among other things. That's where it came from.

I have never had frog legs though. Weird, eh? Especially since I grew up in Florida. I've had ostrich, gator, buffalo, and probably some other unconventional things I'm not thinking about. No frog.
