Dual box BST leveling?

I have access to a friend's accout while he is out of the country. I'm mulling over the idea of leveling BST(currently 14? 15? something like that). Just wondering if it would increase my xp/hour and saftey if I were to dual box with his BST(10 right now I think), or if it would just complicate things(managing charm times, etc..) and just use him as a raise bot(or farm on his THF while I level BST)

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Raise bot. I'd say you really can't automate another brain behind a BST duo team.

I vote for raise bot, too. Having a BST partner definitely makes the fighting easier, but that's maybe 10% of the reason why I did it. The other 90% was just because I liked hanging out with my buddy.

When it comes to straight utility, you'll get far more benefit from a raise/cure bot than you would from a 2box'd second BST.

unless you are planning on just using jugpets or meleeing mobs till they are dead id say no.

Bst is very difficult to dualbox because its one of the few jobs that take split decision thinking to be effective (to stay alive). If you are charming pets, you never know when it is going to come uncharmed and youll have to quickly charm it back or you might need to go find another pet mid battle. Which means you have to keep 1 character alive while you are running around trying to find a pet for the other.

Having someone around to raise you when you die on bst (it will happen, and often) would be a lot more valuable.

i completely agree with what's been said above. unless you're letting pets die and just using your 2nd box to charm a new pet and get it ready to fight before the first dies, you're gonna get yourself killed as much as you save yourself. bst is not like drk. if you lose focus on drk for a little bit, as long as you're engaging a mob and wsing, you'll probably stay alive and healthy b/c you have party members to cover your ass. bst is not the same. bst you rely only on your own wits and the wits of your duo partner if you have one. if your attention is spread further thinner by controlling 2 players, it's an invitation to get whacked. if you can do it, more power to you, but i'd suggest finding an actual duo partner instead of trying to dual box. with level sync available to keep 2 bst's lvls together and uncharming on dinging being fixed, if you know any bst friends still working towards 75, it should be very easy to find a duo partner.
