Woke up to the new ALX X-58 set up in my apartment. My parents flew down with the cooperation of my BF, and they snuck in while I was sleeping and set it up.

I got the only thing I ever mentioned wanting... from 3 different people, lol.
Yoko Shimomura's Drammatica CD.
I only opened one of the cases, don't know what to do with the other 2.
I love my Mom, she always does cool shit to my presents and really manages to make it a fun experience every year.
This year she hid envelopes and cards all over the house and I had to go around following clues she gave to find them. The first envelope was in the mailbox and had 80 bucks in it and some of it was in change as if it was all she could give me. Then she directed me to #2, above the fireplace, got 40, then #3 hidden in the bottom of the curtains on our door for 20 bucks. I noticed the pattern and was expecting 10 in the next one, and got a 10 in my stocking. Then later on #5 was in somebody else's gift and was a hundred after I was fully expecting a 5, haha.
So in total I got 250 bucks but it was definitely a memorable Christmas. I think since I'm older I appreciate it more, and getting to watch my siblings go through the same experiences I went through with my Mom, and her tricky ways, is pretty enjoyable too. The best part of Christmas is definitely watching other people open their gifts though.
