    Warhammer 40k question.

    Ok, so for Christmas, a friend got me a Space Marine Whirlwind, and I was checking my codex on it's stats, and I was wondering if all ordnance weapons are automatically large blast, or do they have to say it in it's profile specifically?

    I am very rusty and very out of date, but I believe yes. They use the large blast template. Ordnance is like a better version of large blast.

    BRP is correct. Although the rules on how accurate they are have been updated recently. It is a large blast template all the same.

    I'd check the current Big Book to clarify how accurate it is.
