I actually own a SEGA CD, sadly I only ever play Final Fight on it though.
32x only gets used for Knuckles' Chaotix

I always wanted to play Chaotix, never got a chance to
Is it any good?
It's... different.
Can't say it's good or bad because I doubt anyone here has the same taste in games that I do, but I'll say that when I first got it back in the day I didn't like it much at all.
But I popped it in the other day and I've been having a blast.
Just don't use Charmy... that bee fucking sucks. (imo)
"Knuckles Chaotix" is honestly rather good. It's definitely superior to Sonic games nowadays, and once you're used to slinging yourself and your companion around, you can get some insane speed. If you enjoyed the old Sonic titles, you should definitely play it.
Late but, wow, I didn't know they made a Battle Arena Toshinden for the Gameboy; and Vectorman was the shit.
Here's one I tried out with a few friends for a day:

Skynet!
PC FPS from way back in the day. I played the hell out of this one. Was really ahead for its time.
Edit: Just realized it was made by Bethseda. No wonder it was good.
Hey oblivion is great. I've sunk so many hours into that one.
R-Type Final is one of the last PS2 games I still own, my friend's PS2 made a nice (non-fatal) ring scratch on the disc but it plays perfectly... still only have like 30 of the 100+ ships unlocked.
Great Greed was the environmental-conscious Final Fantasy-clone for old old old Game Boy, I thought it was interesting in a Captain Planet sort of way but I never got very far to be honest. I could have sworn it was mentioned in Nintendo Power way back, which is the only reason I picked it up, it remains as one of the few games I've never finished...
which brings me to the game I played that no one else I know ever did (and wouldn't wish it on them):
Let me tell you, until you've finished that game, you do not know the meaning of masochism.
4 players with multilink was the best.

I got it as a gift or something, played it a few times and never touched it again. You killed the other guys, collected their mask things and then got new powers. It was like a big free for all.
