Though I've never played anything in the "Jagged Alliance" series, I've seen its box numerous times, and wanted to give it a try. The fact that I'm not much for strat games kept me away, but I've heard good things.

Shit I remember that one. You were a ghost and you had to scare the family out the house. Great fun, can't recall the name though.

I rented that Zool game once. I think I only got to the second level. That shit was hard. IIRC the first level was in a candy world or something.

It was a top down dungeon crawler with around 45 floors, but the turning was different than in any game I had ever played. When your character turned, the dungeon itself flipped 90 degrees. Your character was always facing forward. All of your swords had a number of swings before they broke, besides a very few rare swords that never broke, but they were never that strong. I think I had 2 or 3 of those unbreakable swords by the last few levels. You also had magic and some tools (sledgehammers, steel balls, etc) to help navigate the dungeon and its traps. There were lots of puzzles and traps and stuff. I really enjoyed it, and I really don't like dungeon crawls much. I got very near the end, but couldn't beat the last 2-3 levels. A sequel was released in Japan, but was never ported over.

Had it on PC. Never got past the first level/area/stage w/e. Game's fucking impossible.

Zoombinis was the mother fucking bomb. I'm going to go play it now.
