wtf is wrong with siel? it's laggy as shit

I have no idea...

I tried rolling a character on there and it took me like an hour to hit 5 its so bad with 5 second lag spikes minimum with it sometimes being as long as 40+ seconds...

Its also the only sever that has "High" population where every other server has Low pop.

Yeah I've been stomaching it, just trying to get through up to 25 so I can at least see the Abyss. I'll probably take it real slow next beta since they will be wiping it afterward, and just spend time on C-Aion because the lag there is predictable and steady.

Also Siel was laggy last night at "Low" Population at 4 AM, so I'm not sure at all what's wrong with that server, I just really regret rolling on it.

I'm glad to hear it's not me though, I was going to call my ISP company and rip them a new one, but now that I hear other people are having problems, then I don't have to.

What were you grinding on that dropped the stigma? I'm not sure if it's the thing to do in 1.5 but I know it is in 1.1 and 1.2.

You Main hand a dagger (base crit rateing of 100) and off hand a Sword (base crit rate of 50)

I just bought my stigma for it and even though i'm level 25, I made the lvl 20 craftsmans' strengthened steel dagger and sword. And I out DPS myself using a Polearm spamming skills. I crit very often even without having all my gear socketed with crit mana stones.

I haven't put them into my gear yet because I have like level 17 gear and I intend to upgrade it soon so I didn't want to waste manastones in old gear that is about to be swapped.

Got RNG to 20 this weekend. Picked up nicely at 19 when I got Stunning Shot, which by the way is fucking beast. My first SS did a 1k crit followed by a 700 normal and another 1k crit.

I think RNG is going to be the job Im going to level in retail.

Some quests are just confusing, or don't really give you much detail to go on and being a perfectionist if I can't finish a quest I get frustrated because knowing I have to abandon something or not finish it, irks me.

Anyway, I got a quest earlier today that literally said, "Find a clue as to Bulbua's whereabouts". That was it. Fuck man, at least give me a little more to go on yeah? I find I get these quests quite often, earlier I got one that said "Find the treasure on Bulbua Farm!", luckily I found it pretty quick. But yeah, "find a clue!", yeah okay. Also, I always skip the wall-o-text that NPCs give before giving you a quest, should I be reading those or are they useless fluff like I assume?

One more thing, the white items, like crafting materials (Minor Armor/Accessory Orbs, Misc mob drops, etc.). Can I just toss these? I haven't found any way to craft and the items don't sell on AH so, should I NPC or should I be crafting or something? I know nothing about how to craft in this game. Earlier I got a white item that was called "Crest of the Lepharist Revolutionaries". It did nothing, had no description and sold for 40 kinnah. I hope it wasn't important or anything.

The quest you're referring to is pretty easy, just kill thieves around the farm until you get a book.

Misc mob drops can be npc'd, Armor/Weapon/Accessory stones can be crafted at your home nation or sold on the AH.

Just left there, literally just hit return. Got about 500k after 30ish minutes of farming. Was a really nice spot, I could have gotten a lot more if I could keep up with mana, but even spamming powders and pots I just can't keep up heh.

As far as C-Aion goes, Regular Weapon Refining Stones go for about 50,000 kinah a pop, Craftsman's Regular Weapon Refining Stones are a little less I think around 15,000 per.

The armor ones are the opposite, Regulars go for very little, and the Craftsman's Regulars go for around 40,000 each.

If you're Elyos, you can craft in Sanctum, very bottom of the city is the crafting hall.
