Memory Stick Duo/USB Adapter? Where can I buy one.

Hi, for Christmas I bought my fiancee a Sony Cybershot and It came with a 4GB Memory Stick Duo card. Thing is, it didn't come with a USB cable. And it won't work with my Generation 1 Memory Stick reader.

Anyone know where I can buy a good, reliable USB plug and play MSD reader from? Amazon has like one and there are no reviews I think.

edit: The kind of USB reader I'm looking for looks kinda like a thumbdrive. My old professor used to have one but I haven't him in ever to ask lol.
