Nothing wrong with it as long as he's macroing in an enmity body for enmity-based actions. More HP = less CE lost if you take a hit while kiting and if worst comes to worst and you get rooted to the spot by KB, you have a nice large HP pool to fall back on. Seems like a fairly viable body to me, I'd prefer Ares etc but barring that.
