It was a state of war. We are talking about the collapse of a 600 year old empire at war with multiple nations. There is absolutely no way I would support or sympathize w/the death of civilians(revolts generally do involve civilians) during that war but I don't see the point of attacking relentlessly to a nation at this day because of this issue. I don't even know why it came up, just read the argument above.

66 children and 37 women dead. Apparently the UN is not counting men as casualties. So basically a little over 100 civilians are dead. A big chunk of the deaths were also Gazan Police trainees who recently graduated as well as full-time cops.

The UN says 25% civilian *not counting the police force in Gaza. The rest is Hamas.
