I was pulled over last time in texas for doing 70 in a 70. Aparently the nighttime speed was 50. However it was fucking 4pm in the afternoon and the sun was half way in the sky. I told the cop this and pointed at the sun, and he said "its nighttime by my clock".

I was also in full dress uniform, so fuck him.
