I think it's a comic strip, or a portion of it. In frame 1 a woman is looking into... whatever, that thing is. In frame 2 she is reaching into it for... something. But because of the sequence of the two frames, it looks like she's reaching in/for her own ass? I don't know, that's what I got out of it.
