I love it, now that the boys didnt make the playoffs the giants fans are taking the heat and filling the excuses role. I still wanna win a playoff game gdi.

I think I'm about the only one happy with my team and made no excuses at all for their performances =/ Less to do with being rational, more to do with expectations (or lack thereof).
Harrison is def Mvp. Beat ware 22-13 :/
and the Cowboys lose again :3
Ware's overrated anyway.
I wouldnt expect anything less from a giants fan, show me where he's over rated.
Zilla harrison had him beat in every stat except sacks, so I figured he would win it.
Ware- 20 sacks, 84 tackles, 6 Forced Fumbles 0 Int
Harrison- 16 sacks, 101 tackles, 7 Forced Fumbles, 1 Int
I agree ;/
Anyone who gives their money to the Bidwills (the worst owners in the history of sports) for season tickets can't be considered anything less than real fans!
Joking aside, my statement about the Cardinals taking away the Michael Turner factor and Falcons running game in a close game happened pretty much as predicted. Matt Ryan played well, but the balls he threw on the interceptions were underthrown (the fumble wasn't really his fault, just a good defensive play disrupting the handoff).
Arizona could do the same thing to Carolina, but the problem is Delhomme has more experience than Ryan, & Steve Smith isn't Roddy White: he'll burn DRC if you put the rookie on him, and Rod Hood is just shit. I hope they play well, but realistically their best hope for victory requires them getting a touchdown on special teams and winning in a high-scoring shootout.
I fuking hate McNabb. But the Manning family is a plague on the NFL, so the Giants need to lose. Plus, it's the only way I have a remote chance of going to the NFC Championship.
AFC is boring no matter who wins. Only fun thing is whether Ravens D outscores their opponents on offense.
Your first post and I already dont like you, "manning family is a plague on the nfl", explain this one.
Exactly. While I think the game might be good, the coverage of said game would probably be worse than Romo vs. Favre or something.
I was hoping that would happen, just because I think it'd be a fascinating game. Peyton is the better QB, but Eli has the better all-around team. Could Peyton overcome that by himself? Would Eli be on his game trying to get out from under his brother's shadow or would Peyton try to answer the question of which brother is better himself? I think the hype would be warranted, and it's better than listening to 24/7 ESPN coverage on if Favre will retire or not.
JOHN CLAYTON REPORTS FAVRE GOES TO STORE, BUYS CHEESE - CONTEMPLATING RETURN TO GREEN BAY? - Vote
lol'd. And I dunno if I could deal with "WHO WILL ARCHIE MANNING PICK TO WIN THE GAME" and how many times he and his wife will probably be asked. That and we'll have random interviews with their brother, and all that. I think I'd actually avoid the NFL until the Super Bowl itself.
John clayton did no such a thing, he is too sexy to play with archibalds emotions.
They learned from that mistake and drafted Sean Taylor like a year later.
