sending newegg item as gift?

I am getting a friend of mine an expensive gift (Samsung HDTV) and I want to ship it to his house, I'm ordering it via newegg but I don't want an invoice attached to it. Any options on newegg for this?

I suppose you could contact them and ask them to send the invoice to your address instead.

Not sure how it works with Newegg, but with Amazon, shipments that are sent to a different address other than the billing address wont have the prices listed on the invoice. I assume it would be the same, but yeah, a simple call would work.

Newegg has a corporate shipping method where they just send a packing list, no prices or other information is seen and is sent to you instead. I forget which step in the process lets you do it but you could use that as a 'gift' method.
