or his dick falled off and he hasn't stopped crying yet. or he's using it to plug himself in the butt...but that'd be weird.
when you go to the clinic dont bother with the story...
just own up to the hooker so they will know what to look for.
Move to England and be a smug cunt like me about the NHS
Maybe the ER found cancer and had to amputate.
If you get back and read this, UTI's can become life-threateningly complicated very quickly. Unfortunately for my girlfriend, she seems to be in that roughly 20% of women who are rather susceptible to getting UTIs from sex. About a year ago she had one and got antibiotics from a drop-in clinic since she couldn't get to her regular doctor. It seems like they didn't give her an appropriate dose and she nearly got a kidney infection; a condition that's usually considered life-threatening. She even had to spend a night in the hospital for observation when they put her on higher-level drugs; it was pretty scary for the both of us.
If you feel like you have to pee all the time, get extremely urgent need to urinate and then nothing happens, and if you have a burning sensation when you pee then you may have a UTI - those seem to be the most common symptoms. It could be something totally different though, but get it checked to be sure since undiagnosed UTIs can lead to renal failure and renal system damage if they become serious.
Anyway, always remember to tell the doctor how you feel, not what you think you have. Doctors are trained to interpret symptoms and only you as the patient can indicate how you actually feel when you're in for an examination. Providing information other than you symptoms can easily result in false-positives or even overlooking serious symptoms because the patient does voice them, only fixating on something they read online.
That has got to suck to know your dick has the potential to make your woman sick, im sorry ;/
student health centers should be open during break, especially at a big school.
speaking of uninsured and medical attention..
im wondering.. where do gangstas get patched up?
at the vet's, at gunpoint -- don't you watch movies?
Can UTIs be caused by multiple blows to the junk? Seriously dude, ouch, feel better fast.
My guess is yes.
Yeah pretty much. And it's not really a matter of hygene, some women are just more inclined to get infections due to their physiology. Thankfully it hasn't happened in almost a year now and invariably the best way to prevent them is to have lots of sex. They seem to pop up if she's been on antibiotics and we haven't had sex for a week or two - the combination of a wonky immune system, low internal bacteria count, and horniness is a bad combo.
I got a good laugh when a doctor told us that my girl had a case of "honeymoon cystitis", a UTI cased by an increase of or more "vigorous" (Wikipedia's word lol) sex which irritates the bladder and gets too much bacteria grinding around. At first I though the doctor was just being cute but it's actually a documented term.
Regarding the question of traumatic injury to the groin causing a UTI I'm a little unsure of that. Granted, I'm not a doctor or schooled in biology at all - but I play one on BG - but to me it seems kind of unlikely that the damage was a direct cause of it. Perhaps the damage may have reduced the body's natural ability to fend off infection, but UTIs are rather rare in men without diabetes or sickle-cell anaemia.
My GF had the same problem with infections when we first started dating, but for the past couple years they haven't been an issue at all, probably the same sort of thing you described. Of course it could be that we're not having sex binges since we've been dating for years lol.
But yeah the traumatic injury thing sounded scary considering his description of the swelling, just cause I could imagine (in my worst nightmares) some sort of blockage or tear causing an infection which could be super-duper nasty depending on the injury. I'm also not an MD, but interested to see how this story plays out.
Although I don't have any useful advice for your situation, I genuinely hope you get this sorted out -- reading this thread has made Mr. Johnson feel very uncomfortable. Good luck!
You more than likely ruptured some of the erectile tissue. It depends on where the trauma took place. The swelling only went down because the internal injuries have had a chance to heal a little. You should consult a physician simply because you may have a little more problems than you realize. If you still have these symptoms (and hopefully are still alive) you need medical attention immediately. Go to the ER and get yourself checked out.
The UTI symptoms aren't just associated with UTI... it could be cancerous, it could be extreme trauma, you might even have broken your penis (yes, it can happen).
In Washington, DC, they go to the regular hospital, and it's a fucking SHOW. Nothing like going to the emergency room for stitches or to get a broken bone set, and be surrounded by kids with gunshot wounds. If you think you have to wait a long time in line at the doctor, try going to Howard University hospital on a Friday night in the summer. You're better off trying to fix it yourself.
May god help you if this is the case.you might even have broken your penis
