Ive mentioned this in the past, and try to as much as possible, but for the love of God, when you buy cables, use Monoprice.

I had to buy a USB 2.0 A/B cable for a printer today, but I needed it asap so I looked at some of the common stores like office max and best buy, and they all want 25~40$ for a gdamn 6ft cable.

I knew Monoprice would be cheaper, but since I needed it asap, I didnt bother looking at it first. But when a cable costs 40$ I can wait and extra day or two.

As I figured, the cable I needed was under $2 at Monoprice, but the overnight shipping was 30$, so I settled for 2-3 day for $4 for a total of $6.

But yeah, just a friendly reminder, if you ever need any sort of cable, buy it at Monoprice, and save your self alot of money.

I've bought monster cables from best buy for like 6$ their discount is 5% above cost.

Well, it's what I was told a few years ago atleast, might be diff now, dont really pay attention to stores anymore. Newegg, Amazon and Monoprice is all I really need for electronic stuff.

Monoprice is the only place I buy HDMI cable from. You don't want to get ripped off at Best Buy by paying $80 for something they sell for $4.

Again, not Best Buy but a company that is owned and operates very similar to it (Future Shop), but our discounts are cost+10% and on stuff like cables where the markup is HUGE, there is no need for Monoprice. =)

Monoprice is dope, found out about it from SephYuyX awhile back when I was needing DVI cables. Usually retail, in store a 15 foot DVI cable is like $70+ dollars. Got it for 15 bucks shipped.

I just tried searching monoprice for hdmi cable but way too many choices, can anyone recommend me a top of the line HDMI cable that will get the full specs of blue ray movies from the PS3?

When I bought my big screen TV I laughed in the guys face at BB trying to sell me any of their cables... especially Monster. Whenever I NEED cables I buy them from BB, go home and play/watch whatever I needed, order the cable from Monoprice in a day or so, and return the cable to BB for a full refund. No wasting time or money!
