Making a canceled content ID vanish

Seems like this would be easy, but I've looked all through the menus and can't find an option. I've canceled the content IDs of two mules, but their names won't vanish from the login screen.

I'd like the two grey ones to go away. I'll never reactivate them, I just want to totally delete them.

I deleted Yag a few months ago and Kecks last month.

Pointers on where to do that? It should be possible, right?

did you delete the actual character before deleting the content ID?

That's the only way to make it disappear iirc.

it's there so if you don't want to peek paying for a character but you want to keep the shit it has, you can. Deleting character first is the only way.
