If it wasn't for my significant other, I probably wouldn't even know what /v/ is. I've never once deliberately visited 4chan or anything like it, ever. I don't even read Encyclopedia Dramatica (which other people also had to introduce me to). Hear about these things all the time on FFXI, though.

My internet usage: E-Mail, Gamasutra, work-related sites, NewEgg, BG, and Google. That's pretty much it. I don't chat, use MySpace or any kind of a journal, AIM, ICQ, et cetera, or visit any chat-oriented sites (which is why I never go to 4chan, for example). Anything else I see is from links people provide me with.

Oh yeah, and torrent sites.
