Duoing/Trioing Duke Berith

Can like 2 RDM and a BLM trio it? (well, with a THF being 2boxed.)

yea, easily.. sac pull with thf, keep rdms hasted, spam bind.. keep DoTs up and nuke when possible

I've trioed it with PLD/NIN, RDM/DRK, and BLM/WHM before.

Went down with very little difficulty if you wanna do it like that

You can have the RDM come /WHM and the BLM come /RDM, but we were just too lazy to run from chainspell >.>

chainspell is kind of harmless with utsu anyway, it doesn't have -ga nukes(diaga2 iirc but no nukes)

Oh, sounds good.... I have PLD, and the RDM has /DRK and the BLM obv has /WHM so that's a really good option ;x Thanks

We'd probably drag along a RNG friend and get him to do the first extention.. and spam some arrows at it so that should make it alot easier~

Any decent geared BLM can solo the first extend easily. I used to do Xarca with 8 - 4 being dualboxed, and we did berith pretty easily. Was a little more difficult to NIN tank it (than some of the other NMs we did), since with its 2hr, can eat a NIN pretty easily (spel spell spell crit crit dead). We couldn't really dot kite, since the rdm was being dualboxed and was just there for refresh.

THF(TH) PLD(atonement) RDM is an easier fight with garanteed Treasure Hunter

Rdm can chain nuke the first extension if needed. If your THF is gonna sac the NM, might as well have him sac the first extension too and have the others grab it.

We done it 2 days ago~ Didnt bother with any extentions (The BLM we took hadn'tdone Xarc before, so it wasn't a good idea ;x)

Killed Berith in 10mins... Thought it woulda taken alot longer... next time we'll bring more meds and do Sabnak and the BLM NM ;3

How is the drop rate on NM demons anyway?

Does it drop decently enough to dedicate minimal runs for just 1-2 or do you guys just have too much money?

Just FYI, after you serverhop to Asura next week and if you start doing Dynamis with us, the last RDM hat we got went to a lvl 55RDM... We've had stupid luck with them last couple of months.

500,000 gil for a Duelist's Chapeau isn't terrible, considering if you were to buy one from a LS who sells that sort of things they run about 3M+ afaik

And I mean, unless you're spending 2,500,000 gil on meds
