I'm... tempted to take back my earlier statement about pirating his game. If it ever comes out I may just pay money for it. Not for the game itself, since it'll probably be shit, but because if his amazing trolling skills. If he keeps this up, 35 bucks will be well worth the price of the show.

Frankly, with the kind of writing that he has been able to show with this stunt, I actually want to play Bob's Game. Not buy it, but play it.

Yeah, I'm quite sure he was serious about making the actual game. However, it's apparent that at some point or another, he either decided he wasn't going to finish it, or he wanted to see how much attention he could get (gee, I wonder if trolls do that), and started with all of the "omg this guy is insane lolololol" blog posts.

Bob set a 09/09/09 as his release day but that obviously came and passed. The game is close to being finished as Bob said "two more hours" about 18 hours ago.

I was just thinking that the whole thing seemed way too obviously viral marketing scheme to get himself in the eyes of the media.

Regardless of how cool it is to develop a game alone like that, because I think that part is really inspiring. I did not know that a person needed to get a SDK
in order to make/launch a game.

Then I read that he actually said that he staged his 100 day thing as a viral marketing scheme so now I am just confused.

Game is pretty creative and looks fun. I like how the games are integrated, like on the gametoy screen
