[Ragnarok] NovOrsa HNM/Endgame LS looking for dedicated NA and EU players

Who we are.
We’re a 4 year old LS which participates in all endgame events and HNM camping.

What we’re looking for.
We are currently looking for skilled and active players interested in endgame/HNMs that can attend events at least 5 times a week. Applicants must have access to sky, sea, at least two 75 jobs and able to attend our Einherjar and Dynamis runs.

We are interested in the following jobs:

6 Melee (merited with decent gear)
3 COR
3 BRD
3 WHM
3 RDM
4 BLM
3 RNG

What we do.
Our somewhat demanding event times look like this. All times in EST.

HNMs @ whenever, please note HNMs take priority over everything we do except Dynamis.
An event might be planned @ 7:30PM on Tuesdays (Sky, Sea, ZNM, SCNM etc)
Dynamis @ 7:30PM on Wednesday and Saturday (Dynamis Lord runs are done Sunday’s every other week.)
Limbus (optional) @ 6:00PM Mondays and Thursdays
Salvage (optional) @ 10:00PM, 5:00PM, 5:00PM, 10:00PM for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday respectively. Extra runs are sometimes planned at the last minute.
Einherjar @ 8:00PM Mondays and 9:00PM Thursdays
Big event @ 7:30PM Saturday/Sundays (Bahamut v2, Kirin, Jailer of Love, T4 ZNM, KS99 or Ouryu)

While our event times are mostly EST we do occasionally camp HNMs in EU time for our EU members. Also some GMT friendly events can be planned if there are enough people online for it. Salvage and Limbus are not mandatory events.

Item and Gil distribution.
Items are distributed to members by maintaining a wish list of items they want from the LS followed by sack votes, based on your attendance, general attitude, and time in the LS. Limbus, Dynamis and Salvage however use a separate point system. We maintain a LS bank, which is used to pay for Dynamis glasses, Einherjar lamps, and relic sponsorship. The bank can also be used to purchase various goodies for our members. How much the LS will spend on you depends on how much we make and what you do for us. Simply put, the more events you attend the more of the LS bank we will spend on your needs. The amount of gil as well as the amount of gil each person is entitled too is displayed publicly for all members to see.

Server transfers are welcomed and highly encouraged; we may perform BG background checks however.

Bump

LS wasn't hit by the recent bannings, but we're still looking for decently geared and reliable players that can play during EU times. NA spots are still open but limited, we're mostly looking for mage jobs, however if you have a non mage job with some impressive gear/merits feel free to apply as well.
