Remember those that use firefix (All of you right >.>) to allow the website to use java. Or, like me, you will finish and try to click done and it will not work. If you fill everything out before allowing java you just lost all your work >.>

Of course I read it. Are you trying to imply that the questions about whether the operator sounded like a nice guy are relevant? I especially liked the questions that imply you might be able to talk to someone on a timeline of "3-5 minutes" when it's more like 50+ minutes minimum.

I tried to add that even Dell's India CSRs can actually do something useful at times... but ran out of characters.

This survey seemed slanted so it wouldn't get realistic responses.

In the whole section asking about GM calls, there was no "The GM told me the game is functioning as intended" option and also no "The GM told me that while he realized I was screwed over, it was out of his power and I should e-mail SE about it so maybe someday he'll have the power to do something about it" option.

I added Japanese GMs being overly biased and favoring Japanese players over NA players. However, I doubt that will ever get addressed.

Most of my answers dealt with lack of response to an issue within a proper amount of time. And, in many cases, being unable to deal with issue firsthand and resolve it. Yeah, pretty much a lot of my responses were either "Disagree" or "Strongly disagree." Others had to deal with why GMs can't address issues of in-game cheats and hacks, as well as in-game harassment and scams.

I hate to say it but you're right about that. Back on Fairy with the 18 hour Nidhogg MPK fest, the GMs told everyone in the zone to deal with the problem ourselves and then left.

I can't say weather that was a good or bad thing but the fact that it was probably the most entertaining day ever on Fairy says a lot.

I miss MPK these days.
