The fact that they don't have a player based beta server is a prime example that the dev team really has little to no desire to listen to player input. I bet money the only reason any player input actually makes it into the game is pressure from higher ups and the odd interview that they do. There's plenty of ways companies can allow customer input and SE seems reluctant to use most of the most common ones.
