But yeah i have my personally CD key, with a CD made SP2 (that i bought in the shop) when SP3 cape out i integrated it by command line and reformated my PC (needed to anyway) and when i installed by the CD, it said the CD key wasn't good.

I had to take back my SP2 Cd and install it and then upgrade to sp3 by windows update
I think that was a MS Known issue with one of the SP3 releases. I think MS release a "version 3.1" or whatever to fix it.
