Ghoul, Gargoyle, Impurity, Reaping (for the extra IT spam after the first DC in my rotation above), Crypt fever.

Whilst Gargoyles are being nerfed in the coming patch, these other talents are very juicy (as you'd expect for being further into the tree) and DPS can even take a noticable nose dive whenever your pet isn't up (atleast 200-300 points)

For reference, this is my personal 32/39, which may be slightly different to a few others, with the choice to go one into Deathchill, and remove 2 from Desecration in favour of On a Pale Horse, for added utility when not PvEing (I like not having to respec every time I want to go mining) Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

What is better/so amazing about this 32/39 spec? It's vastly different than what I'm doing.
EJ assumes two fair constants in their theorycraft:

    1) you are raidbuffed
    2) you have access to best-in-slot gear, or very near to it.

If you are in greens/dungeon blues, simply following their advice is still going to leave a substantial gap. Their numbers are the numbers of top tier raiders. So even if what you are doing could get a bump up of personal playing ability, I wouldn't use EJ's numbers as a baseline to compare yourself against unless you satsify the above conditions.

DW doing amazing dps relies on you being 32/39, too.

    15/37/19 aint gonna do it.

    I'll add a 3)

    3) you are doing raid content

A lot of the EJ advice does not apply to things other than lvl83 bosses in a raid encounter. Obviously PvP is a totally different angle, but even heroic dungeons are significantly different and not a good testing environment.

I'm so hesitant to respec to 32/39 JUST to see if it increases my raid dps by so much. I'm really comfortable with unholy and blood, but I would like to see if frost is better if I switched to 32/39. Spamming IT seems so weird to me though, I usually just spam scourge/blood strike.

Also, I didn't know that about EJ with the raid buff thing, good to know for future reference.

I'm using Slow/Fast and messing around with it, I havnt even respecced out of my 2h Unholy build, and I noticed on the practice dummy, unbuffed completely, I was only 200dps under with DWing. 32/39 seems to favor fast/fast while 20/51 favors slow/fast according to the EJ post I was reading last night. Ret paladin took Hateful Strike last night from Patchwerk so I didnt get to play with that and grasscutter to try 32/39 out -_-

32/39 is definitely the way to go. Like others have mentioned before, you get perma ghoul and garg, as well as crypt fever to count as a 3rd disease. Fast/fast is the way to go to maximize Killing Machine procs for those delicious IT and HB crits. Granted, a lot of this stuff is getting nerfed in the next patch, but enjoy it while you can.

    Btw, hi belle

HB is going from 10s CD to no CD to 5s CD... I guess it's a buff, but I was looking forward to even more spammy spam!

Still awaiting the patch to give me incentive to see what's new that I can do, at the moment I don't want to get used to playing D/W as it is, because I know it's all a matter of time before changes.
