I wouldn't say that just yet, she is on the NY and DC bar associations and has done incredible (and very successful) volunteer fundraising work for NYC public schools. Not sure what her law background is but nothing I've read about her makes me think she's incompetent.

That was her response to a question... and that's a HUGE difference. If someone asks you "Do you like smelly feet?" and your response is "Smelly feet should be against the law!" And then the guy reports it as "So-and-so wants smelly feet made crime!" It's not the same, is it?
