I'm sorry if you wanted to keep this science-only (although maybe Political Science counts?!), but this was one of the most fascinating documentaries I've seen in a long time, if you're politically inclined.

It aired in its entirety on Frontline, but you can only see excerpts on the website so you'll have to torrent it or maybe check it out from the library or something if you don't want to buy the DVD.

Penn and Teller's Bullshit is awesome. I watched one on Illegal immigrants. THey hired immigrants down at home depot, had them build a section of fence similar to the one they're building on the mexican border, and then had them break through the fence. It was hilarious. It took them a full day to build the section of fence, and each group of Mexicans was able to break through it in less than a minute.
