God, the jaggies on the 360. I wish they'd port every game to the PC, or at least buff the next consoles high enough so where AA isn't a freakin' problem.

Tired of seeing jaggy edges on every game that wasn't made specificially for the system. GoW 2 barely had any jagged edges - FFXIII shouldn't either.

GPUs in the next consoles are likely to be the Ati5000/6000 series or the Fermi equivalent, basically whats hitting now since they're 2yrs away still. Both of those can just dominate 1920x1080 with max everything. PC gaming going forward is all about pushing resolutions like 5120x3200 on multiple monitors, when sticking to just one at a relatively low resolution I don't think we'll see much of a gap going forward like we do now.

360 version doesn't even run at 720p on the otherhand =/

Okay who knows the best post-ending grinding spots in the game? I'm trying to build up to farm Dark Matters without resorting to the summon/death trick so I need a shitton of CP. So far all I've done is grinded back and forth between Orphan's Cradle/Outer Eden but it feels slow, mostly because of the fights where I get unlucky and my debuffs get removed/cancelled out (Juggernauts/Phunbabas). Anyone have a better route somewhere in Pulse?

If you don't have the CP x2 accessory, work on getting that now.

If you can't beat the big turtle things yet, you can kill the Ochus (it's easy to sneak attack the pets and you can kill the things in 15 seconds). It respawns when you walk near the pop up flowers.

Edit: I forgot to mention that "pyramid scheme" mission area, there's one stage that has a few cactaurs and bugbears, that stage can net you tons of CP...

Thanks, I think I'll try the bugbears/sabotenders, although it seems in order to properly farm sabotenders you still need 3TP for a summon

He's not entirely wrong about the weapons; rather than a linear progression of every stat you'll get a caster weapon, a melee weapon and the rest of your arsenal is 'situational' with certain abilities and properties. Not that every property is useful but there you have it.

More than half of the Accessories in the game ARE garbage and you'll never use them. You'll maybe use a resist item for some mobs and +HP items for Hope, but once you have all 3 genji gloves in the game there's never a reason to take them off. Your other four Accessory Slots go pretty much to waste.

It's not as simple as that either, some weapons have different properties as well, like putting a mob in Break mode early and such. Depends which you levle up/how/when etc, though in my playthrough I only really levelled one weapon for everyone, except Lightening, she got 2

That said, I didn't do the msisions and stuff which probably would've required a good chunk of upgrading weapons too.
