Ala Groundstrike, but not constant, it could have a random cRatio buff.

WS randomly buffs cRatio which buffs pDif cap, which makes hits look like criticals, and cranks up pDif when uncapped for even crazier damage (as noted - beyond crits) on high level stuff.

Posted on Alla DRK forum, but I figure BG can make more immediate use of the idea.

I remember on my character when i had insurgency after finishing my nyzul disc i tried it out a few times and never saw anything noteworthy about it other than being able to start Light sc's from either side of the chart since i had my gsword and scythe at faf/nid in order for blm's to MB Thunder. I sc'd with pld's, thf's, and sam's whichever was there that particular day. Otherwise i found insurgency a waste of my time and garbage i'd only ever use Guillotine as it puts up the dmg and is reliable.

after all these while since insurgency, the spike random high damage didnt happen to me before

it does happen to one of my friend tho in salvage, so after nearly 1 year, i seen 2 spikes in my life

indeed, pointless ws unless trying to make light with your scythe.

The fact it does make Light is useful (sometimes); and though it is weaker than Guillotine, it isn't *significantly weaker* (just the first hit).

But yeah, it would be nice to know why it has spiked, and often so rarely for people... very low random chance seems stupid.
