    Any Good Psp Rpgs?

Im Looking for a new rpg for my psp ive just finished tactics and star ocean. Ive played monster hunter for a lil while then just got bored with it the whole fighting system was garbage or maybe i just couldnt get it down, i tried to use some of the different weapons but i couldnt ever judge the whole distance from the monster and it got frustrating.

Anyone know of a rpg along the lines of ff12 style? i like the combat system in that one alot reminded me of ff11 but just offline.

    any suggestions would be great

Pick up Crisis Core. It's pretty similar to the FFXII battle system, minus 2 other party members and gambits. And random battles don't become so random once you figure out where you have to walk to avoid them. It can be a bit of a button masher, but never the less, I enjoyed the game

In terms of standard turn-based RPGs that aren't ports of PS1 games you really can't beat Brave Story: New Traveler, as it's the only one that isnt terrible. I really enjoyed the game, it's nothing innovative and crazy in terms of gameplay but it's got a decent story, good graphics, and a surprising amount of depth.

I suppose you can't go wrong with anything made by square enix, I've never played either of the Final Fantasy 1 & 2 ports but you always have Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, FFTactics, Crisis Core, and Star Ocean.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot in terms of original RPG content for the PSP, at least nowhere near as much as there is on the DS. I'd highly recommend Brave Story though, especially since you can find it relatively cheap (for around 20 or less) these days.

I've heard good things about Brave Story, and Star Ocean is the first time we've received any version of the original Star Ocean in English.

I have quite a few RPGs on my PSP that I could recommend:

    Valkyrie Profile
PoPoLoCrois (very oldschool RPG but one of my favourite games ever.)
Tales of Eternia (released in Europe only though)
Breath of Fire III (also released only in Europe and Japan)
    Crisis Core
