Zenith gears (-50 each), serket ring and most mp ring (can get -50 + -30 easily), morgana choker (-50). You can macro elemental strap for -20. I think a cheap cotehardies can do a -40 for a few gils.

Beside those, I'm not really sure what can be used.

I used In the past :

Blue cotehardie 25 HP to MP I think
Star Necklace 15 HP To MP (Quested so free)
Blue Cape 15 HP to MP

Rest as Kaylia says, Zenith Heads, Rostrum Pumps, Mp Ring (using ether and electrum -20 HP +20 MP and something else)

I use zenith head/hands/legs, rostrum feet, serket ring, and an Antares. Cheap alternatives, although would require more gear: Ether ring, Astral Aspis (r/x from NM), Astral Rope, Blue cape, star necklace (quested), and then anything else already mentioned Somepage had a nice items database, you could click on the "converts hp to mp" stat and it'd list all the items with such status... but I got hacked from visiting somepage, so yeah >.>

Also you can unequip your back slot to remove the HP from prism cape/Gleenmann (/equip back).

There's nothing wrong with FFXIAH. Besides, you can see in the link what the website is, and you should be using Firefox with Adblock and Noscript these days anyway.
