When you set a recording, be sure to check the settings of the recording and change to end about 5 minutes after the hour. The reason your previews are getting cut off is because sometimes the show goes past the hour, and the recording cuts RIGHT at 10:00 sharp.

The episodes so far this season have been so good that it's getting hard to avoid checking spoiler/info sites. I admit not knowing what's coming up makes the episodes better, but 1 week is too long to wait for my next fix. D:

From the last episode, the Widmore revelation was easily the biggest suprise for me.

I've talked with a few of my friends about this and I have thought for awhile that Widmore ran Dharma in order to gain control of the island. It seems unlikely if all the Others share John's compassion but I can still see Widmore running Dharma considering someone said someone "very rich and powerful" ran the operation at some point in the second or third season.

I used to think that all along since they introduced Dharma, but the last episode made me change my mind, seeing as how he was one of the "Others", killing members of Dharma.

Maybe he killed them to get in control of them after seeing how powerful and rich you can become if you get to the top.

I'm not sure if that new encampment was Dharma. Considering they were testing an A Bomb, it is pretty clear they were most likely just American soldiers. I think Widmore wanted the leadership role and Alpert put a stop to that and kicked him off the island. He started Dharma as a means to gain control of the island forcefully rather than letting the island/Jacob/Alpert choose him. It really explains why he hates Ben and the Others so much in the future.

I don't think Faraday will survive this season anyway. He is a nice guy, but he know too much about what's going on to get away with this.

Well, Jack is alright but Faraday is much more interesting, was quite nice to see an episode that didnt have jack/kate (they imo getting tiring).

Hurley, Sayid and Sun are interesting

Ben of course is the man and Desmond is good too but Faraday, John, Juliet ( to some extent, i think she knows more about the island than she's letting us know), Richard, Miles are very good and now Widmore too xD.

Only way I guess Jack could get more interesting is with finding Claire along with his dad and maybe learning about Jacob or perhaps being able to see him as well.

I'd like to know if they are gonna bring back Walt in some way, they never really explained about him.

It's kind of too bad that Claire didn't sign on for this season so we won't see anything new from her character till next season. I would absolutely love to see some more back story to the whole situation with Jacob/Christian/Claire.

I remember the Chinese guy(see's dead people) telling the Redhead(Faradays love interest) last season that she searched so hard to get back to the island.. so she's fo sure gonna be around awhile

Dharma was run by Alvar Hanso. I don't think Widmore is Alvar Hanso because in season 4 during the Constant he is bidding on a map to the island taken from the personal effects of a Tovar Hanso(a pilot from the 17th? century, not said explicitly but I assume hes somehow tied to the Black Rock), and the auctioneer says the collection came from the Hanso family so if he was Alvar Hanso/running Dharma he would probably have the map already.

To me it seems like the writers are making Faraday more of the central character because out of all the main characters he has the best understanding of the pime taradox's that are going on on the island, and it makes the writers' jobs easier to have a quantum physicist as the leader whilst they are going through all this.

As for Walt, when he visited Hugo in the mental institute I think I remember him saying that Jeremy Bentham visited him and

so we will probably learn more about him.

I don't think they will do that w/ Walt, theres something bigger going on since he clearly has some ridiculous abilities(the wishes from season 1, the visions people have of him in season2+3), something that the other leaders approached as children that we know about(Ben, Locke) do not.

Hmm, now I don't know. I watched this clip which has all of her appearances mashed together (YouTube - Lost - Ms Hawking (Flashes Before Your Eyes, Catch-22, The Lie)) and she never even says her name at all. I was just going off of what Lostpedia said, and her page still being named "Ms.Hawking." I can't think of any other time she would have introduced herself.

It took me less then two minutes to look it up. It even said it on the bottom scroll bar from Lost 2.0

Sorry this isn't a shot at you just a comment of the fans in general. People constantly claim that this show is confusing or doesn't give answers. But it does every episode but people just don't pay attention to them all.
