Okay I think I missed this but it seemed that Faraday had some kind of physical/mental condition and Charles/Eloise kept saying he could be healed if he returns to the island. Anyone can tell me what his condition was? Some kind of short term memory loss?

Also holy shit @ episode. I love Richard's expression every time he runs into somebody he met already.
