This is the closest I could find in a few minutes(on a prop forum). There are some differences but it is similar. The one they had him wear in the show was pretty old so they might not be made that way anymore. Gonna keep looking though to see if I can find me one lol.

It was part of the Lost ARG going on over the course of the late summer/fall. Website was http://damoncarltonandapolarbear.com/dcpb/x/

I ended up getting 6 of the prints myself. 4 Toed Statue, Smoke Monster, The Swan, Ben Linus, The Polar Bear, and LOST (the last poster with all characters) which is yet to come. Should be arriving this coming week. They're all sold out, and some of them are fetching high prices on ebay ($300+, some of them 700+)

^I have watched seasons 1-4 about 2-3 times each. Season 5 has been the only one I haven't watched repeatedly. Picked it up on bluray before work today, came with a cool little Dharma emblem/I.D and an extra lolDVD.
