They've had SF4 in arcades in NYC for about 2 months now, all i can say is /yawn.

Ultras take like 60% of your health when they land and you can use them at like 70% health.

Zangief is top tier, by spamming that green fist shit he can close the gap between two fighters in a second, and spinning piledriver has GODLY priority, it cancels just about any move you do including supers,ultras and EX's.

The final boss is really whack, he's just some blue dude who can use every special attack in the game, and his ultra is nigh unavoidable because its instant, full screen and basically unblockable.
