It (Dictator's new ultra) does look like it works similarly to El Fuerte's old ultra, so I'm assuming that you won't be able to combo to it but it will be a good anti-air.

It already required reversal timing to punish Blanka ball for Viper, so I guess it would now make it safe (or only punishable by EX seismo now). Blanka fights are annoying as it is, boo!

Brother-in-law got me a TE edition stick for Christmas. Trying to work through the challenge mode as Bison and Cammy but it feels I'm trying to relearn how to play the game lol. I'm hoping this pays off once I get used to it.

i think you could beat me easily now lol. i havent practiced in forever and i play on a pad which im still not 100% used to since my hori crapped out.

last time i actually played was with welt and his akuma, and i dont think he likes my blanka either lol. but we both were out of practice anyway and online SFIV SUCKSSSSS ;; its only good for learning matchups. winning in an online match is never something to be proud of lol. blanka balls at lag is worse than any tiger uppercut imo. they are hard as hell to punish <_>; but its great for practice in offline/arcade areas, ill def admit that
