had fun. you helped me lvl up my balrog some and you are great with blanka matches, idk what you were so scared of lol. i liked that match where i was ken and you were blanka though. i feel you improved your blanka match the most after that. you were jabbing balls a lot more often afterwords and crap after watching me deal with him lol

blanka is still a shit tier character though. his payoffs are with risks. 50/50 ultras etc ugh. i really wish i dedicated myself to someone i dont have to work ultra hard with to win with.

im thinking ill probably pick up cammy again when super comes out. i want to pick someone no one else picks as often so they wont know how to deal with it, lol. except fuerte, fuck that guy. annoying squeaky ass shoes

btw, i love your mixup game. i know you tech'd me like 5x, i can tell, since we both synced it from a distance a few times, but alas lag sucks so you just had bad luck with my throws connecting more. online matches dont mean shit, so its all good man

Aha, theres some Sakura love. Upward shinku hadouken seems weird but will be fun to play with. And the fullscreen fireball surprised me, but looked like it still had the uber slow start up as usual. Still really excited for this game.

I noticed that when your viper gets a knockdown you don't do crossup shenanigans. You need to get that stuff down!

Brother-in-law got me a TE edition stick for Christmas. Trying to work through the challenge mode as Bison and Cammy but it feels I'm trying to relearn how to play the game lol. I'm hoping this pays off once I get used to it.

Oh it does pay off. At the beginning it made TK cannon strike a lot easier to throw out, but I was having trouble with DP motion and my ultra's were slow to come out, so i played some Chunners and Honda (charge characters seemed to make transitioning easier for me).

Best part about it would have to be to not be able to blameshift anymore.

Viper w/ a DS3 is pure garbage. I wasted 2 weeks trying to learn her combos, cross ups, etc. etc. and they were almost impossible to execute w/ a DS3. This is due to the awkward execution of her BnB combos like the one you mentioned. I Improved very little and gave up on her.

I really don't like the idea of counter ultras, unless you're awesome at baiting people you just end with having to rely on random ultras to try to connect.

I'm praying to god Bison's new ultra is a something like a 720, would provide excellent setups with the quick recovery after some of bisons specials (or empty Devil Reverses into throws, people who've played me on Bison know what I'm talking about here with his normal throws). All he needs now is a standing overhead and I can be a happy man

yeah, i hope it's a 720 grab, from the videos it seems to be a quick dodge type deal first, then the actual grab, although i can't really tell.

also, empty DR -> ultra is a lot of fun online, catches a fair amount of people offguard

counter ultras....eh, really you could only 90%+ them during something like Rufus' kick combo type deal (you can stuff it with dictator's ultra anyway), or guile's sweepkick, but other than that yeah i don't see them being all that useful, unless they have very few startupframes and lots of active frames without being super punishable

i REALLY dont wanna pick up someone, that 99% of the people are gonna use when the game comes out. her and guy really. i rather pick up cody before her just because no one is going to expect it and know how to handle it after dealing with her and guy's shit for a few months lol

edit: i get the feeling she'll be real easy to beat when SSF4 hits, i doubt many people are going to be able to really deal with her being all attack and no defense and lacking a shoryuken

Unfortunetly gimmicky characters and "glass cannons" are a huge disadvantage in SF4, fine for casual but a crippling competitive disadvantage otherwise...I'm looking at you Seth(and the year I've wasted on you).

Bleh, I got another look at Bison's New Ultra and it's basically like El Fuerte's current Ultra. I was hoping for a grab but still, at least it provides a more twitch response ultra then Bison's current one.
