sadly, the chances are 20% you find an opponent that doesnt use ryu/ken/akuma/sagat. Best fights I had with my chun was against people who mained Viper (really crazy fight), Abels, Sakura and the other bunch.
Especially the fight against the Viper player was crazy, got rushed down 3 times until I realized and learned how to counter the moves and how to react accordingly.

dont get me wrong, as soon as i get it, im putting that shit right on craiglist lol. just trying to make a dollar out of 15 cents. the dude i get it from buys it wholesale, so he actually gets it a price which is just ridiculous. LED 52 in samsungs for approx 900? he makes a killing selling that shit on ebay lol

When I was watching a stream this weekend, as you see at most tourneys, they always do button checks and it made me wonder...

Why don't CAPCOM and the damn stick manufacturers make a slot that you use the same kind of gamer cards from Japan (it would come with the stick) so that you can save a setup for buttons/color pallettes/taunts/win poses/voice settings and you could also use it when you go to arcades or tourneys. The damn thing costs more then $100 most of the time(with shipping/handeling) for that you could probly make half a mame cabinet to go on your tv stand.

edit: but then again I still use pad. I dunno.

Pretty sure the cost for a card reader would make the stick a lot more expensive... plus ya know, they never released them outside Japan. *Mad Catz being a company based out of Canada (just looked this up lol).

Mad Catz is looking to move into Japan, but Hori (right now) has the exclusive rights to the SF trademarks, characters etc... I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, besides who cares about that stuff. Button tests take like 2 seconds.

i heard ryu's fierce uppercut is 2 hits now, wonder if it can connect with walking fierce still lol. seth couldnt do it in the demo, but maybe its the diago symptom, but im betting you can still fadc easy. just do it like ken's since the 2nd hit is the knockdown
