Basically all you'd be talking about is making her not be a schoolgirl anymore, so street clothes/gi/whatever instead of sailor outfit.

Not that the story really matters per se, but in context of that it's a consideration.

can any1 confirm how to unlock Akuma & Goken? There are 3 different sites giving 3 different ways to do it.

Recalling how I did it... Akuma, you need to clear arcade mode without continuing, and with at least one Perfect (not sure if I only had one or not). You also need to have unlocked the other characters, save Akuma/Gouken/Seth, already.

Gouken requires having unlocked Akuma, and once again clearing arcade mode without continuing. This time you need at least two perfects, and at least three Ultra finishes.

In both cases you should wind up fighting the respective character immediately after Seth. Win and you unlock.

Personally, I just used the Easiest/1 round/99 timer setting, and that worked. However, I didn't see them pop up again while clearing the game with all other characters for Seth, even with the conditions met, so hard to verify.

To FIGHT Akuma, simply do what he said. To UNLOCK Akuma, you need to clear the Arcade Mode at least once with EVERY character, then fight him

To FIGHT Gouken, simply meet the reqs after unlocking Akuma. To UNLOCK him, you need to have cleared the game with everyone, including Akuma before fighting him.


Those are the official ways to unlock those chars, anything else is bullshit.

My personal experience unlocking the characters says otherwise. As I mentioned, you do need to have unlocked the other characters first, which does require beating arcade mode with a few of them...but I didn't play through the game with -everyone- until I unlocked Seth last night.

I unlocked Akuma by beating the arcade mode twice with Sagat and never even touching 3/4s the other cast so its already wrong. I also beat the game twice with Akuma for Gouken. Nice "official" ways bro.

k, got every unlocked cept for Seth (screw seth, never gonna use him anyway) without playing through with every character. 3 ultras and 3 perfects just to be safe for unlocking both akuma and Goken. thx for the advice.

I really wish I didn't stop playing SF2 back when it came out I hate being shit right now but I'm slowly getting better but not noticeable with the 360 controller. Arcades here have been gone for a couple years and never had the chance to play anything arcade wise anymore. And as expect I got extremely pissed off to begin with this.

I agree...it should be like SF2HDR where you can't see each others' picks.

It's always I pick a character straight off the bat, they immediately move to a character who's good at countering that character...yeah that's fair(I'm not bitching, but it does disadvantage the first player to choose).

My Xbox360 has only like 200 MB left lol. I don't even know what is taking up the space on it. I have Last Remnant installed and a couple of free demos(nothing big at all or even close).

Some of those game demos can be pretty huge. I'd try getting rid of some of them.

your right, it is a stupid question, lol. go the pause screen, select "command list" then select "guile". all his moves and how to do them are listed there.

last night (and i shit you not), over the course of 30 opponents (30 different ppl) all chose either ken, ryu or sagat. i beat them all with Cammy. Every single one of them sucked balls, cause im not all that great either. this is indeed a discouraging trend....
