I've said like 3x in this thread Ibuki was banned in 2nd Impact. I was talking about her playstyle in "2nd Impact / 3rd Strike" on the "Jab Forward Jab Forward Jab Forward" pressure style used by her in every version of the game.

Ibuki lost her dash Super and her overhead kick priority (similar to Chun's back+FP in 3S) and fell down the charts from S to C.

Does the PC version inherently use like...the arrow keys and the keyboard? Or is a controller of some sort (or arcade stick) required for it

PC version supports both keyboard and USB controllers.

I just hooked up my xbox controller, works perfect and the game changes the prompts on the screen to reflect it so its definitely designed for it.

I know on GGPO using the keyboard = ultra fucking skill. Akuma is like.......god-like with a keyboard....unbeatable even.

I found a brand new PS2 controller at Wal-mart they were having some sort of close out on them and they were all that transparent blue. No other colors, I bought one and man it is working great with this game. Hooked it up to the USB adapter I bought they sell at radioshack.

If you need to do 360s you definitely shouldn't be playing with a keyboard. It's great for basic motions (shoto stuff) since you can tap them out so quickly, but using a keyboard for charge characters and grapplers is a huge pain.
